When you need Sign Language interpreting for any type of appointment, call our office and let us know what your needs are. Our competent staff will assist you as needed. We will send an information packet, which includes our rates and policies. We offer 24-hour emergency interpreting services. If you work on-call or provide emergency services, or if your interpreting needs are urgent, call us any time. You can reach us day or night by calling (707) 546-6869. At that number you will be directed how to place an emergency page after regular working hours. We can get the essential information on the phone and send an interpreter immediately. We will follow up at a later date with the necessary paperwork.
When you make a request
for an interpreter or use our online form,
you will be asked to provide the following information:
Depending upon the length and nature of the appointment, it is possible that you will be advised to the necessity of two interpreters. There are also situations where a second Deaf interpreter is needed. In this case, we use only Certified Deaf Interpreters who have completed a strict training in this area. Processing your request begins immediately. We access the unique qualifications for your particular request and determine the best possible interpreter to match your needs.
